The Food Handlers Digital Datahub is a platform for Food Handlers, Approved Training Organisations and Food Business Owners to register food handlers who have attended and completed their Food Safety Courses. It acts as SFA's central repository of all food handlers related data and allows the industry and public to easily check if specific food handlers have passed their Food Safety Course training.

The Food Safety Management Information System facilitates the administration and application of the Laboratory Recognition Programme, Food Cargo Inspection Body Recognition Programme, and Auditing Organisation Recognition Programme for Testing Labs, Inspection, and Certification service providers.

Use this e-Service to apply for Free Sale Certificate for exporting food commodities. The certificate is issued to certify certain conditions are checked, such as meeting local and the importing country’s requirements.

Applicants who have been notified that a virtual pre-licensing inspection is required should book a slot at least 5 working days in advance via this portal. When booking, select ‘SFA Pre-licensing Inspection Appointment’ to access available slots.

All personnel entering/exiting JFP must be pre-registered. Physical or digitalised identification (NRIC, Work Permit or Passport) is required for scanning in/out of premises. Registered particulars are valid for 1 year, except passport registration which is valid for 24 hours.
