Who can use PayNow to make payment?
Anyone with PayNow can make payments to SFA using PayNow. For corporate, you will need to enter the Bill Reference Number when making payment.
What can I pay for using PayNow Corporate or PayNow QR?
You can use PayNow to pay for transactions below:
- Government land rental
- Rent and conservancy fees (for PPWC, JFP and MAC tenants^)
- TradeNet permits
- Tender and security deposit

How do I make payments using PayNow?
Step 1: Sign up for PayNow
Contact your bank to sign up for and activate your PayNow.
Step 2: Scan the QR Code
Once PayNow is activated, scan the QR Code or enter SFA's UEN to make a payment.

Step 3: Enter the billing reference (if applicable)
If you are using PayNow Corporate, you will also need to enter the Bill Reference Number. You can refer to Q9 in Payment FAQs and Guides for details.
Step 4: Ensure the payment amount is correct
When the payment amount is entered incorrectly or is insufficient, the transaction may be delayed or take longer to process.
