Recall of HAK Boerenkool product due to possible presence of rubber pieces

         The European Commission Food Alerts’ Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) has issued a notification on the recall of HAK Boerenkool due to possible presence of rubber pieces.

2        As a precautionary measure, the Singapore Food Agency has directed the importer, Walluco Pte Ltd, to recall the implicated products. The recall is ongoing.

3        Under the Sale of Food Act, food products known to be unsafe for consumption should not be sold. Consumers who have purchased the implicated products are advised not to consume them. Those who have consumed and have concerns about their health should seek medical advice. Consumers may contact their point of purchase for enquiries.
