Who is eligible for WSQ FSC Level 2?
WSQ FSC Level 2 is open to anyone interested in food safety, particularly Food Handlers involved in handling and preparing food in food establishments.
While the course is open to anyone, including non-Singaporeans, only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for course funding.
What is the purpose of WSQ FSC Level 2?
The course aims to provide Food Handlers with advanced knowledge, enabling them to understand and apply food safety principles more comprehensively and effectively.
The course covers the following topics beyond those covered in WSQ FSC Level 1, including:
- conducting food safety checks
- receiving goods
- storing and handling food
